Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with expertise in AWS Cloud, Snowflake, and Data Architecture to oversee and drive the delivery of large-scale data platform initiatives. Experience with Data Vault modeling is a strong plus. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and program management skills to lead cross-functional teams, manage project milestones, and deliver innovative data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-
  • Manage end-to-end technical programs focused on building and optimizing data platforms on AWS and Snowflake.
  • Oversee data architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and best practices.
  • Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and analysts to implement scalable and efficient data solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance on AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift) and Snowflake features for data warehousing and analytics.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring smooth project execution and stakeholder communication.
  • Track program progress using agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
  • Collaborate with the data governance team to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the organization's data strategy.

Required Skills and Experience:-
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on data platforms and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies, including S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, and IAM.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
  • Understanding of data architecture principles, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and data governance.
  • Familiarity with Data Vault modeling and modern data warehousing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage technical teams and engage with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Educational Qualifications:-
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications in AWS, Snowflake, or Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
