Project Manager - E2E Transformation, specifically Underwriting Workbench in Americas Region
Purpose Of Project:
Fusion 2.0 - Tech implementation. Americas are implementing a process change to insurance workbench to incorporate new technology-technology workflow.
They have a whole agile team that is responsible for the creation and delivery, so the hired resources would focus solely on support communication and change implementation.
Project Specifications:
UW Workbench is one building block of the client-centric digitalization of insurance processes, with the purpose of orchestrating and integrating insurance- and underwriting-specific functionalities, thereby empowering its users to perform their tasks more efficiently and effectively.
For underwriting, the Workbench will be the system of interaction across submission and policy, and the system of record for submission.
Required Experience:
Resource must possess a strong background in Project Management/Change Management (Non-IT, 3-6 years' experience).
Resources do not necessarily need prior experience in the insurance field. Need to have strong capability and proven skills in creating plans; communication; PowerPoint; reporting; presentation; liaising with and effectively showcasing progress, data, and plans to senior stakeholders.
Other Skills:
Need the ability and comfort level to prepare senior leadership presentation materials and discuss.
