Key Responsibilities:
Lead Process Improvement Projects: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for process optimization initiatives, from planning and design through implementation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, IT, finance, and HR) to gather requirements, identify pain points, and design scalable, efficient business processes.
Analyze and Identify Opportunities: Conduct process mapping, data analysis, and process assessments to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies within the organization.
Drive Change Management: Ensure smooth adoption of process improvements by guiding teams through change management efforts and providing training and support.
Monitor and Measure Impact: Track the performance of new processes and tools post-implementation to ensure objectives are met and identify any areas for further refinement.
Manage Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress, risks, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in project management or process improvement roles, hands on experience with acquisitions a plus.
Skills: Strong knowledge of process mapping and project management tools.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering tangible results.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence decision-making.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar is a plus.
