Job Description: The Implementation Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of SaaS solutions. This role involves managing the entire implementation process, from initial sales handoff to full production support, ensuring that clients achieve maximum value from our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the implementation of SaaS solutions, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
Coordinate and conduct kickoff planning, success planning, and business reviews.
Provide comprehensive user training and ongoing production support.
Develop and execute adoption strategies to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
Act as a customer advocate, ensuring customer health and driving value realization.
Present product demos to internal and external stakeholders, both virtually and onsite.
Analyze client data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving customer retention rates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in implementing SaaS solutions with a strong track record in technical implementations, pilot planning, training, and change management.
Experience with technology-related change initiatives in a professional services environment.
Prior experience in tax, audit, or advisory roles at a top accounting firm is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and simplify complex data.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and network with a broad spectrum of internal colleagues and external clients.
Demonstrated ability to listen to and understand customer needs, exceeding service and quality expectations.
