Insight Global is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a growing company in Omaha, Nebraska. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our customer base while ensuring the satisfaction of existing customer. This individual will serve as the primary advocate for our customers, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring their needs are met. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities may include:
* Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow our existing customer base.
* Lead and manage the internal account management process, providing direction and support.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional department heads, fostering effective communication and collaboration in support of our customers.
* Collaborate with Customer Operations to ensure orders and communications meet or exceed customer expectations.
Must Haves:
Bachelor's Degree
2-3 Years of experience as a Project Manager
Strong Communication & Detail Orientation
High level of adaptability and resilience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
