The HR Strategic Projects Analyst provides operational and strategic support to the various projects designated from the Chief of Human Resources and the HR leadership team. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of any associated deliverables from HR projects, including but not limited to, the development of standard operating procedures, program templates, presentations, and associated documents. This person will be providing operational support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
STRATEGY: Support the Chief of Human Resources and other senior HR staff in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, employees, and external partners. Act as a departmental representative for the HR Strategic Projects Program Manager and other HR leadership at meetings, committees, and events as requested.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Support the execution of major HR Strategic Projects. Collaborate with HR team members and leaders from other departments to ensure project goals are met. Draft project plans, manage project timelines, schedule project milestones. Identify potential roadblocks and communicate to Chief of Human Resources and HR leadership. Support development of contingency plans and ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
PLANNING & COMMUNICATIONS: Develop written content and presentation materials for strategic projects in alignment with Communications guidelines. In collaboration with HR leadership, lead planning and execution of reoccurring and one-off HR events, including quarterly All-HR Town Hall. Develop HR's annual budget proposal and develop department budget items.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
2-3 years'cccc experience in communications, project management.
