Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college or university with a discipline in any of the following: Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Manufacturing, Management
5 or more years experience managing technical projects and teams
Must have Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance
