Our client is a specialty contractor focused on the residential sector. We are seeking a construction project manager / field manager with strong internal operations experience, or an operations manager from the GC / CM or Subcontractor side of the business.
This role requires experience with compliance to existing rules and regulations, processes and procedures, experience with implementing new systems of accountability, oversight of field and management teams, installers and technicians, resource allocation, manpower allocation, client interface and maintenance, procurement, logistics and scheduling.
This role reports to the CEO and will be a key executive role within the company as it continues to grow.
Required:
Minimum 10 years in construction management / construction project management
Operations experience
Procurement and Scheduling Experience
Staff Management
An ability to work 5 days a week in Westchester and to travel to NYC regularly for site visits.
Hard working, passionate
Compensation: Up to $165,000, based on experience.
