Job Responsibilities

As an Assistant Building Envelope Project Manager, you will support project managers in overseeing all aspects of building envelope projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Conducting on-site inspections and assessments of building facades, roofs, and other envelope components to evaluate their condition and performance.
  • Preparing detailed technical reports, specifications, and drawings in collaboration with senior staff.
  • Coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients to address project needs and resolve technical issues.
  • Supporting quality assurance and quality control processes during project execution.
  • Staying current with industry trends, building codes, and advancements in building envelope technology.

Job Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who meets the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building envelope consulting, architecture, or construction.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building envelope systems, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other design software; familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Willingness to be in the office/on-site 5 days a week
