Step into a vital role with our client as an Assistant Project Manager in Philadelphia, PA. This position focuses on managing high-rise fit-outs, healthcare, and other commercial construction projects. Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000/year + bonus
Location: Philadelphia, PA (On-Site)
Responsibilities as the Assistant Project Manager:
Project Coordination: Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and overseeing construction projects.
Documentation Management: Handle project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Budget Oversight: Assist in tracking budgets, processing invoices, and managing project costs.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
Qualifications for the Assistant Project Manager:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 2-5 years of Construction Management experience, ideally within the Philadelphia market (union work, high-rise fit-outs, and healthcare projects is highly desirable).
Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ICRA, Procore, Bluebeam, OSHA certifications, and other industry-standard tools is a plus.
