MainStreet Property Group, a full-service developer based in Kirkland, is looking for a Development Project Manager to assist with the management of feasibility, underwriting, development, and potentially construction projects. This position will participate in management of multiple projects at multiple stages of development simultaneously. MainStreet Property Group develops properties on the greater Eastside of Seattle, so all projects are local. Projects can be found at https://www.mspgroupllc.com/projects/. The candidate must have real estate development and/or entitlement experience in addition to a strong business acumen. The position requires the ability to develop, implement, and manage overall processes and projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of entitlement and development projects
Work closely with cities, counties, utility providers, and other AHJ's as necessary during entitlement efforts
Active participation in feasibility of potential acquisition opportunities
Active participation in development team strategy, designstandardization and innovation efforts
Organize weekly OAC meetings for active projects
Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting notes for weekly OAC meetings and follow up on action items
Work closely with Co-President to coordinate and attend meetings on a variety of projects and topics
Implement assigned duties with an exceptional level of accuracy, timeliness and cost effectiveness
Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with design teams, clients, building officials, municipality representatives, architects, engineers and other project stakeholders
Prepare monthly cost projections and project status reports
Prepare and manage entitlement schedules; ensure timely execution of submittals and reports
Prepare reports and proposals for Investment Committee
Generate Proforma analysis in Excel
Implement process improvements
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in real estate development, or related field
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate or Business
Skilled in full Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Project
Experience with Bluebeam Revu preferred
Must have technical knowledge, scheduling, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal, written and facilitation skills; including the ability to influence, negotiate and explain complex processes to clients and staff
Demonstrated commitment to innovation, diversity, learning and successfully working in fast paced environments
Salary Range: $105,000 - $140,000 per year plus annual bonus
