We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager III to lead and manage complex, enterprise-level IT programs for multiple platforms. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong program management expertise, technical platform knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple fast-moving initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, driving strategic alignment and delivering results that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage one or more highly complex IT programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects.
Develop and execute program strategies, business cases, and high-level project plans.
Ensure seamless integration of projects, adjusting scope, timing, and budgets as necessary to align with business needs.
Communicate program strategy, direction, and updates to IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants.
Deliver projects within the IT portfolio on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals and business requirements.
Track key milestones across projects and recommend adjustments to Project Managers as needed.
Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that support enterprise goals.
Lead and support teams in Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred but not required.
5-7 years of program management experience, with a strong understanding of technical platforms and IT solutions.
Expertise in Project Management methodologies and tools.
Expertise in Scrum methodologies.

Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous programs in a fast-moving environment.
Tools: Jira, Confluence, and Smart Sheets
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
