Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager III to lead and manage complex, enterprise-level IT programs for multiple platforms. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong program management expertise, technical platform knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple fast-moving initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, driving strategic alignment and delivering results that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage one or more highly complex IT programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects.
  • Develop and execute program strategies, business cases, and high-level project plans.
  • Ensure seamless integration of projects, adjusting scope, timing, and budgets as necessary to align with business needs.
  • Communicate program strategy, direction, and updates to IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants.
  • Deliver projects within the IT portfolio on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals and business requirements.
  • Track key milestones across projects and recommend adjustments to Project Managers as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that support enterprise goals.
  • Lead and support teams in Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred but not required.
  • 5-7 years of program management experience, with a strong understanding of technical platforms and IT solutions.
  • Expertise in Project Management methodologies and tools.
  • Expertise in Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous programs in a fast-moving environment.
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, and Smart Sheets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
