The General Government Delivery Center (GG-DC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver key government initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and leadership skills, with expertise in ServiceNow and managed services. This role involves collaborating with developers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery, within the General Government Delivery Center.
Oversee ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
Coordinate with managed service providers to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
Utilize SPM4 to track project performance and ensure alignment with objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison between development teams and customers, fostering effective communication and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management within a government or public sector environment.
Proficiency in ServiceNow, including implementation and management.
Demonstrated experience working with managed services.
Hands-on experience with SPM4 or equivalent project management tools.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage developers and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification or equivalent.
Familiarity with government processes and regulations.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid methodologies.
