ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Sourcing suppliers through RFx activities.
  • Negotiating supplier contracts for fair market pricing and risk avoidance.
  • Drafting, editing, redlining, and reviewing contracts of various types.
  • Managing supplier performance through contract adherence and mitigating risk for vendors aligned to high-risk product or other service categories.
  • Identifying potential vendor compliance gaps in the contracts, implementing key controls, and understanding how to mitigate risks through contractual controls.
  • Optimizing supplier base through spend reductions and managing the contract lifecycles.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders in establishing appropriate contractual terms.
  • Serving as the liaison between vendor, management vendor and business units.
  • Managing the satisfaction of the business with the vendor to constantly re-evaluate their supplier needs.
  • Identifying issues and emerging risks and bringing immediate visibility to appropriate senior leaders.
  • Researching and resolving escalated or complex issues.
  • Provide timely research/responses and ad-hoc support to various departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5yrs of Services Procurement experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to translate analysis into meaningful insights.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Coupa, SmartSheet, and other technology skills preferred.
  • Sourcing suppliers through RFx activities and negotiating supplier contracts for fair market pricing and risk avoidance. Responsible for the relationships with the various suppliers of the company's goods and services.
