Role
You will oversee procurement strategy and operational processes while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management in partnership with Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
Building and maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring key performance metrics are met and fostering continuous improvement.
Advising senior leadership on procurement strategies, market trends, and opportunities to drive operational efficiency.
Mitigating third-party risks and implementing risk management strategies across procurement activities.
Overseeing procurement technology adoption and ensuring compliance with procurement principles and legal requirements.
What We're Looking For...
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Extensive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related operational leadership roles.
Proven expertise in supplier management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and procurement technology.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, compliance requirements, and applicable contract law.
A strategic thinker with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Location: NYC (59th & Madison), 5 days per week onsite.
Compensation: $125,000 base salary + performance bonus.
