As a Project Superintendent, you will take charge of onsite operations, ensuring the seamless execution and completion of projects. This role demands strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational skills to maintain excellence in quality and safety at every stage of construction.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise onsite activities with subcontractors.
Plan and manage material deliveries and project schedules.
Address and resolve onsite challenges with project team support.
Maintain comprehensive daily logs and progress documentation.
Lead subcontractor meetings and oversee the onsite team to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficient in interpreting project plans, specifications, and related contract documents.
Proven ability to create and uphold a safe work environment aligned with OSHA standards and company policies.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to focus on overall project objectives.
