Day-to-day
For $110k, as a Project Manager, you'll draw on your extensive experience in civil construction, including earthwork, paving, and underground pipe projects, to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. These projects will be smaller in scale but will cost as much as some of the larger projects all together which will keep the role always exciting. They may range between $500,000-$25 Million. Using Procore, you'll manage documentation, track progress, and facilitate communication among team members. You will spend 90% of your time at the headquarters in Stratford and 10% at the project site. These projects will predominantly be between Greenwich and New Haven, but they have started to extend just over the borders. Scheduling will be a key part of your role, requiring you to create and maintain project timelines, coordinate with subcontractors, and adjust schedules to meet deadlines. For example, a project may be to install deep sewer and storm lines through coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently will be crucial to maintaining our high standards and reputation for quality work.
