You will be working cross functionally, working with internal teams, including, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Regulatory, as well as CMOs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee both new and existing product development initiatives. development to market launch.
Working cross functionally, working with internal teams, including, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Regulatory-as well as CMOs.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful product delivery.
Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CFR 803, CFR 806, and CFR 820.
Track project milestones, manage risks, and report progress to leadership and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to meet product specifications and timelines.
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of project management experience in the medical device industry.
Proven track record of producing successful product launch.
Experience taking product from development to market launch.
PMP designation preferred.
Strong understanding of QMS, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CFR 803, CFR 806, and CFR 820.
Highly flexible and adaptable - the ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up environment, where the ability to wear multiple hats is essential.
A flexible personality is key, as start-ups have evolving needs and can require dynamic problem-solving.
Additional Details:
Some travel will be required to visit Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
On-site presence will be required only a couple of times a week, with flexibility for remote work on non-travel days.
