We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Administrator/Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves managing inbound requests from residential buildings, commercial companies, and builders who require specialized products for their properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, handling quotes, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support project bids.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to 85% of incoming leads by calling clients back promptly.
Communicate directly with contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand product needs and project requirements.
Create and manage quotes that enable clients to submit competitive bids to their townships.
Track and manage all communications, follow-ups, and sales opportunities using the company's CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
Maintain and manage a pipeline of 50+ active opportunities simultaneously, ensuring timely updates and thorough follow-through.
Support bid processes for projects ranging from $10,000 to several hundred thousand dollars.
Stay organized and ensure smooth workflow within a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities at once.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus).
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Familiarity with the construction, building, or property management industries is a plus but not required.
