A leading manufacturing and distribution company in the packaging sector, is seeking an experienced ERP Program Director to lead a high-visibility Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) implementation. This role requires a seasoned leader with executive presence, strong business acumen, and proven expertise in ERP implementation. The successful candidate will be the internal leader ensuring the success of this enterprise-wide transformation.
Key Responsibilities: • Program Leadership: Act as the internal lead for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, partnering with external systems integrators and a Microsoft Gold Partner. • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the executive leadership team, including regular updates to the CEO, to align project goals with organizational objectives. • Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. • Change Management: Drive organizational change management and operational improvements tied to the new ERP system. • Business Integration: Collaborate across departments to integrate ERP solutions with business processes and ensure system adoption. • Playbook Development: Develop a detailed implementation playbook for rolling out the system across 37 distribution sites in 2026, followed by manufacturing sites. • Team Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between technical and business teams, translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
Required Qualifications: • Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (MUST HAVE) • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership. • Comprehensive understanding of business operations, including distribution and manufacturing. • Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. • Background in project management methodologies, operational change, and data governance. • Experience working with third-party systems integrators and implementation partners.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in high-growth organizations managing enterprise-wide transformations. • Knowledge of the packaging or distribution industries. • Ability to manage contract-to-hire engagements with long-term potential.
