Role: Program Lead

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 12-month contract

Pay Rate: Up to $55/hr W2 (Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, LTD Insurance)

Our client is seeking an accomplished Program Lead to oversee complex projects and initiatives that drive business outcomes and operational excellence. This role demands a dynamic professional adept at strategic decision-making, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful project execution. As a key leader, you will manage multiple programs, leveraging your expertise to deliver value and inspire high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Oversight: Lead and manage large-scale, multi-dimensional programs or multiple concurrent projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Project Planning: Utilize proven methodologies to develop comprehensive project plans that align with stakeholder needs and deliver desired outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and clients, to define scope, set objectives, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate challenges, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor project milestones, performance metrics, and progress, providing regular updates and addressing any barriers to success.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve complex issues, engaging appropriate stakeholders to ensure challenges are addressed effectively.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong relationships across teams, promoting trust and open dialogue to align goals and ensure transparency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct lessons-learned reviews and integrate feedback to refine processes and enhance future project outcomes.
  • Leadership: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
  • Compliance: Uphold organizational policies and regulatory standards, ensuring ethical practices and transparency in all business activities.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 10+ years in program or project management, with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives across diverse teams.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in project metrics, risk analysis, and reporting, coupled with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and inspire shared purpose within a program.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional critical thinking skills to address challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences, including senior stakeholders.
  • Certifications: PMP, Agile, or similar certifications preferred.
  • Adaptability: Skilled at navigating shifting priorities and maintaining focus on delivering results.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
