The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing documentation, and assisting with contractor and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and tracking progress.
Maintain project records, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and update on project status.
Conduct site visits to monitor work, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and construction codes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
1-3 years in construction project management or related field.
Familiarity with project management software and strong communication skills.
