We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer with a focus on Systems, Networking, and Cloud technologies. The role is based in Stanford, Kentucky, and is part of our dynamic and innovative technology team. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing various technologies, including Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence, among others, and will play a crucial role in migrating our systems to Microsoft 365 Exchange.
Responsibilities: • Oversee the migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Exchange. • Manage and maintain Barracuda firewall and HPE switches and servers. • Supervise the operation of Ubiquity Access Points. • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, while overseeing a helpdesk person for Tier 1 support. • Manage a variety of devices, including Macs, Windows PCs, tablets, and Zebra scanners and printers. • Use SCCM for tablet management. • Oversee the use of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence. • Manage on-prem servers with a future goal of migrating ERP to the cloud. • Develop and set up a cloud infrastructure. • Oversee the management of current servers, with no plans to add new servers in the near future. • Manage current server room of on-prem Lenovo servers (NO new server additions to rack/stack.)
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer in Systems, Networking, or Cloud • Extensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies including AWS Technologies and Cloud ERP • Familiarity with Lenovo Servers • Expertise in Active Directory and Backup Technologies • Proficiency in using Mac OS, O 365, and Office 365 • Experience with Vmware Infrastructure and Azure DevOps Server • Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Google Workspace • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence • Knowledge of Scanner, Network Printers, and Mobile Tablet • Experience with Wireless Access Points and Network Switches • Familiarity with Barracuda, Barracuda Spam Firewall, and Barracuda Spam Filter
