Key Responsibilities:
Bill of Materials (BOM) Coordination: Create, validate, and manage BOMs for paint product configurations using ERP systems like Oracle and CPQ. Handle inventory levels, order placements, and material disposal approvals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in production and quote review meetings while leading internal BOM reviews to ensure seamless operations.
Customer Support and Logistics: Track purchase orders, oversee domestic and international shipping logistics, and generate field failure reports to ensure customer satisfaction.
Financial and Cost Analysis: Prepare financial documents like Special Price Requests (SPR), analyze inventory, and lead cost reduction strategies for the Paint Division.
Product Configuration: Develop and maintain robot configuration sheets tailored to customer needs, regularly updating costs to reflect market changes.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience: 3+ years working with ERP systems, with a background in automation, manufacturing, or paint robotics. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics is essential.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/365; experience with AutoCAD or Bentley is a strong advantage.
