We're hiring a Facility Remodel Manager to oversee 50-75 minor remodels annually across multiple states, including AZ, CA, ID, MT, NV, OK, OR, TX, UT, and WA. This role involves leading facility projects, including construction, remodeling, and space planning, while collaborating with a small, high-performing team.
What You'll Do:
Manage 50-75 remodel projects annually.
Plan, organize, and direct design and construction efforts.
Travel & Team:
Travel: 3-4 days per week (Sunday evening to Thursday in the field; Friday in the office).
Team: Join a close-knit group of 2 Project Managers and 2 Facility Remodel Managers.
