Requirements/ Experience:
3-5 years of project management experience in networking or IT infrastructure projects.
Experience in budget management, vendor management, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
Experience in conflict resolution and managing stakeholder expectations.
Skills:
Strong operations skills with an understanding of networking security and best practices.
Some technical expertise in networking (e.g., LAN/WAN, cloud, VPNs, firewalls).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and interface with IT teams effectively.

Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end networking projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Effectively manage resources and deliverables for each project, balancing scope and schedule.
Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring financial oversight and keeping projects within cost constraints. Track project expenses, monitor budget performance, and report financial status to senior management and stakeholders.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they deliver services and products on time and within the agreed-upon budget. Address any vendor-related issues that arise during project execution.
Multiple Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders. Communicate regularly with team members, senior management, and vendors, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed on project progress, risks, and changes.
Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve conflicts that may arise during project execution, ensuring that project timelines and relationships with stakeholders are not compromised.
Interface with IT Group: Collaborate with the internal IT group to ensure technical requirements, security protocols, and networking infrastructure are fully understood and incorporated into the project plan.
Security and Operations Expertise: Apply your knowledge of security operations and networking best practices to ensure that all projects meet security standards and operational requirements. Maintain awareness of the latest industry trends and technologies.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and change logs. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, budget, and potential issues.
