Responsibilities
Based on market/industry development trends and competitive analysis, plan the Aivres AI product line layout, formulate product package requirements, and define products. Combine feasibility analysis, financial forecasts, cost targets, and other factors to complete the development of the task list for AI products in the U.S. Follow up on the R&D process, regularly track the product development status, ensure the products are completed as planned, and be responsible for the commercial success of the products.
Manage product line/single product requirements and product management. Continuously collect U.S. market/customer needs (such as industry customers, market, company internal needs) and translate them into product specifications/functional requirements. Continuously optimize the configuration and compatibility of mass-produced products. Manage the full lifecycle of U.S. AI products to ensure a smooth transition between new and old products.
Be responsible for formulating and implementing marketing strategies and market promotion for U.S. AI server products. Provide major project product/technical support and offer recommendation plans based on existing product combinations to guide customer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
Over 3 years of experience with server hardware products. Familiar with key technologies relied upon by AI server system architectures: computing (CPU/GPU/FPGA), networking (DPDK/RDMA, etc.), operating systems/virtualization, and infrastructure (data centers/network/servers), etc.
Familiar with AI deep learning principles and mainstream open-source frameworks, algorithms, and related application scenarios. Capable of guiding the U.S. frontend to complete AI server product and solution recommendations, coordinating with internal expert resources to analyze performance bottlenecks, and resolving various business-level issues.
Familiar with GPU software and hardware architecture, with experience in general computing development and optimization using CUDA, OpenCL, etc., preferred.
Familiarity with overseas AI server competitive products and competitors is preferred.
