DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an effective, take-charge construction project manager with excellent organizational, managerial, and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will coordinate and deliver high-quality, on time, and within budget $5,000,000 and up new construction and renovation projects.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of hands-on commercial construction experience. Successful candidates will demonstrate broad, hands-on skills and professional experience working in the field and the office. They will demonstrate the capacity for future growth and leadership within the company and industry.
Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
? Coordinating, managing, and delivering on-time and within budget general contracting and construction management services for public and private clients. ? Working and collaborating directly with diverse clients, architects, engineers, design professionals, city officials, trade subcontractors, superintendents, members of the field crew, and community stakeholders. ? Meeting deadlines for estimates, budgets, schedules, procurement, permits, inspections, owner occupancy, and all phases of construction for fast-paced city and suburban projects. ? Utilizing superior technology skills and knowledge to create. manage, share, and/or distribute important construction documents, including invoices and payroll applications. ? Serving as a highly engaged, collaborative colleague and team member who has a spirit of partnership and the ability to apply creative-problem solving skills. ? Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
