The Lead Project Manager will have primary responsibility in leading full life cycle projects and initiatives surrounding insurance systems transformations with an initial focus on managing the end to end implementation of a critical insurance underwriting platform.
Responsibilities will include:
Manage full life cycle projects - Implementing project plans, developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keeping all stakeholders aware of project progress.
Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams to identify enhancements to the underwriting platform to meet specific business needs.
Develop and implement a change management and end user training plan to drive and support user adoption
Lead testing of the platform's functionalities before launch and post implementation to identifying and address any bugs
Skills:
5+ years of Insurance Project Management experience with prior experience supporting an underwriting systems implementation or migration.
5+ years of Change Management experience with strong knowledge of ADKAR
