LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clerical Procurement Specialist for our client located in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in clerical and procurement tasks, who are looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the procurement process, including the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and managing procurement documents.
Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications:
Must have 2-6 years of experience in a clerical or procurement role.
Must have a Bachelor's degree
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
