Job Description:

We are seeking a Principal Technical Product Owner with a background in website technology platforms that enable amazing customer experiences. Technical Product Owners partner with technology teams to understand the requirements for maintaining and enabling our technology stack, keeping it secure, reducing technical debt, and enabling developer flow. Our TPO also supports IT leadership in sizing, estimating, and planning IT Operational Projects as part of routine portfolio management throughout the year in addition to supporting technology enablement initiatives for other technology teams throughout the company. Simply put, our TPO's are deeply embedded in our technology implementations focused on system integration and maintenance and less on the business product enablement aspects of these technologies.

We are leaders in delivering technology solutions that drive IT innovation within the energy industry and create long-term value for our customers. Across our organization you'll find diverse thinkers who thrive in a culture of collaboration and teamwork while enjoying a flexible work environment that fosters creativity, commitment, and most importantly - a work-life balance. Directly contribute to important community issues like availability of green energy, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, and providing equitable energy to the people you care about most.

Put simply, what you do every day is critical, valuable, and worth spending your time on because you contribute to a critical service for your local community. If you're looking for a well-rounded, opportunity-rich career path, you have come to the right place.
