Job Description:

The BEX Product Manager is the pivotal owner of onsite customer experience, dedicated to a specific brand within our extensive portfolio.

This role centers around continuous enhancement of the user experience on our brand websites, in collaboration with teams across Global Brand, User Research, Product UX & Design, Brand Creative, Data Scientists, Tech Leads, Content Strategists, and other key business stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in setting and achieving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) within the e-commerce sector.
  • Experienced in managing agile, cross-functional digital product teams.
  • Skilled in utilizing analytics and user insights tools (Google Analytics, heatmaps, user testing, surveys) to inform daily and strategic decision-making.
  • Proficient in developing and managing multi-year roadmaps for customer-facing digital products.
  • Strong understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
  • Demonstrated capability to solve complex problems under multiple constraints, with a robust ability to articulate solutions clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities:
  • Forge strong partnerships with Global Brand teams to align and inform the product strategy.
  • Leverage data for decision-making and prioritization, ensuring focus on impactful activities.
  • Regularly review and prioritize updates based on brand.com user feedback and data analytics.
  • Promote a culture of testing and learning; pilot minimal viable products and analyze user engagement.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide product backlog priorities.
  • Consult and educate internal teams on leveraging digital capabilities of existing products innovatively.
  • Maintain alignment across the product organization, ensuring strategic goals and initiatives are integrated into the roadmap effectively.
  • Facilitate the development of brand-specific roadmaps in collaboration with product stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with the Release Train Engineer.
  • Rapidly assimilate knowledge of current and future digital product capabilities to aid swift solution deployment.
  • Share insights and learnings across Brand Experience Teams to foster collective growth and innovation.
