A large financial company is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their customer service team. In the Customer Service Associate role, you will assist the team with two big initiatives. This role entails learning quickly, applying newly learned knowledge, work well under pressure, and be a team player. You will maintain up to date knowledge on this client's products, services, technology, & procedures and provide exceptional customer service to external banking customers through both phone and email (handling outbound/inbound calls).
