Job Description: Join our client's team as an MSD 365 Systems Administrator?, where you will serve as the on-site expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and supporting the D365 platform, with a particular emphasis on Commerce, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and eCommerce integrations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
System Configuration & Maintenance:
Add roles to D365 and customize configurations.
Maintain Point of Sale (POS) devices and mobile POS management.
Implement system upgrades and patches.
User Support:
Provide technical support for D365 Commerce, including troubleshooting store commerce and warehouse management.
Collaborate with end-users and the IT support team to resolve issues.
Monitoring & Optimization:
Monitor system alerts and performance.
Conduct performance tuning to improve responsiveness.
Integration & Data Management:
Manage integrations with eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
Develop custom APIs and integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and .NET.
Security & Access Control:
Administer security policies and user roles in D365 and OKTA.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Work with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
Maintain documentation and create user guides as needed.
Must-Haves:
Experience:
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Hands-on experience with WMS and eCommerce integrations.
Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with security administration in D365.
Proficiency in tools like Azure Logic Apps and X++.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in supply chain operations within D365.
