Job Description:
Negotiate competitive contracts in the Motorsports category, i.e., terms & conditions, payment terms, and pricing
Possess strong Supply Chain process skills with attention to detail, including ability to interface with various legal teams within company, leading meetings with supplier legal counsel, and facilitating risk assessments
Ability to effectively manage, coordinate, and negotiate high dollar value contracts and POs
Strong program management and communication skills. Ability to influence peers from within Supply Chain and cross functionally.
Ability to build/maintain constructive internal cross functional and external business relationships
Self-starter with strong interpersonal and written communication skills (team player)
Ability to adapt to the "gray space" of Indirect Supply Chain buy with effective analytics skills
Knowledge/Experience in Indirect Aurora (SAP Ariba) and non-production contracts is highly desirable
Extensive contracting experience is a must, role will support managing, negotiating, and drafting numerous contracts including those over $100MM
