Insight Global is seeking customer service representatives to work at a financial service client in El Paso, TX. In this role you will be taking inbound calls from clients in regards to money movement, fraud, and account support. Previous financial service experience is helpful but this person must have previous call center experience!
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years' of call center experience
Previous banking or financial service experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Due to nature of risk with responsibilities, attention to detail and accuracy is required
