Job Description: A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Project Coordinator for a short-term project. This person will be responsible for communication with the lead vendor and internal teams to ensure timely delivery on the project. Below is a summary of the responsibilities and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Team Organization: Facilitate productive interactions between internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Commission Team Coordination: Develop and implement a structured approach for the commission team to follow, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
Meeting Management: Schedule and organize meetings, track deliverables, and maintain clear communication with all team members.
Documentation: Create and manage governance documents from RFPs, ensuring the team is aligned and informed.
RACI Structure: Implement and maintain a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) structure to clarify roles and responsibilities within the project.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize MS PowerPoint, Project, and Excel to create presentations, track project progress, and manage data effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Project, and Excel.
Experience with RACI structures and governance documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
