We're hiring people who want to help make that happen! The App Store and Client Arcade team is looking for a highly organized, motivated and resourceful individual capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment to join our team as an administrative assistant.
Working closely with another admin, you will provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support to multiple directors.

Description
In this position, you'll provide administrative support for members of the App Store and Client Arcade leadership teams.
It's key that this role demonstrates a sense of urgency, clear ability to collaborate, support people, and contribute to the team in an energized way.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: -
Manage daily schedules, meetings and video/conference calls for App Store directors
Order supplies for new hires, and keep inventory of all equipment
Arranging team meetings and off-sites
Coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams and other administrative assistants
Manage purchase requests/orders, booking travel, managing expenses and mailroom duties
New hire coordination, ensuring new hires are set up for their first day at Client
Management and implementation of efficient administrative processes
Facilities management and conference room coordination
Key Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting executives or large teams
Ability to utilize tact, diplomatic discretion and good judgment at all times, especially when exposed to sensitive or confidential material
Must be well organized, detail oriented, with outstanding time-management skills
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, schedules, and support executives with very demanding schedules
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Calm, confident and professional during high stress situations
High integrity; capable of handling confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with a Mac, as well as with Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Excel, Word, iCal and other productivity tools
Confidence and experience collaborating in a highly cross-functional environment
Ability to thrive with limited direction
Education & Experience
BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
