Job Description:

Must Haves:

- 2-3 years call center experience

- financial service experience

- desire to lead and direct clients properly

- experience with customer de-escalation

- excellent customer service skills

- experience with excel, windows, and outlook

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking to hire tier 2 customer support specialists for our client in the financial services industry. In this role you will be working within retirement services taking around 25-30 calls per day from clients calling about general questions about their IRA accounts, distribution take out, and process transactions. Onsite in El Paso 5 days per week.
