Our client is a premier international firm, seeking a mid-level associate [class years 2020-2022] for its Life Sciences IP Litigation team in New York, Boston, or Washington, DC. The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $435,000.
Qualifications
3-5 years of life sciences IP litigation experience.
Law firm experience representing innovator pharmaceutical and biotech companies in IP litigation.
Experience in Hatch-Waxman and/or BPCIA litigation.
Life sciences background, including a degree in Chemistry or Biology, or related discipline.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or eligibility to become admitted.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
