HealConnect is a digital member engagement platform for Medicaid Health Plans. Our platform serves as a "last mile" connector for health plans to educate and get members to complete health actions. We design and develop campaigns to create awareness, identify barriers and get Medicaid members to complete health actions.
The Customer Success Analyst will support our customer operations, including campaign setup and reviewing incoming messages. Understanding the needs of Medicaid members, the ability to prioritize tasks, and clear communication of those priorities will be key. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with a vulnerable population and an innate ability for simple and effective communication
