We are looking for Service Managers to work at our Food & Beverage outlets inside the Times Square Edition located in the heart of Times Square and the Wall Street Hotel located in downtown Manhattan.
The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our guests.
Responsibilitie
Actively manage the floor during peak service times and events
Lead and motivate a trained staff to provide quality service to all guests in a timely manner
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly
Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management
Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years' of experience as a restaurant management or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Certification in NYC Food Protection License is required
