Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Commercial Systems Manager to oversee and enhance the systems that support our commercial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the effective integration, performance, and scalability of tools such as CRM, sales enablement platforms, and other business-critical systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, a keen understanding of commercial workflows, and the ability to align technology with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Management and Optimization:
  • Oversee the maintenance and performance of commercial systems, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and related tools.
  • Evaluate current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, scalability, and integration.
  • Implement system upgrades, patches, and configurations to meet evolving business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT teams to ensure systems align with organizational goals.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements.
  • Provide data-driven insights and solutions to optimize sales and marketing processes.
  • Project Leadership:
  • Lead projects to implement new commercial systems or enhance existing ones, including vendor selection, integration, and rollout.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Train staff on new systems and functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and effective usage.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting:
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all commercial systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support decision-making for commercial operations.
  • Implement data governance practices and protocols to enhance system reliability.
  • Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
  • Liaise with vendors and external support teams to resolve escalated issues or implement custom solutions.
  • Establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for system availability and performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing commercial systems, including CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong technical proficiency with system integration, API management, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
