Duties: Responsible for connecting operations and business strategies, delivering transcendent
results by monitoring driving and challenging the Plant financial performance. Select, develop and align Plant finance team according to Metalsa values and competencies, providing them top class value creation and continuous improvement skills. Generate, monitor and interpret all financial and tactical reports (weekly, monthly, forecast, long-term) with focus in main gaps, action plans, offering and defining targets, insights and challenging toward financial improvements to Plant's Leadership Team, including P&L, balance sheet, free cash flow, profitability by product, etc. Liaison between the Plant LT and the SBU LT on expectations, KPIs, and its translation into operative and strategic actionable insight. Monthly accounting closing process local and USD books. Carry out the rolling forecast preparation (including P&L, BS, Cash Flor & KPIs). Coordinate all Plant areas. Challenge the forecast. Prepare presentations and excel files. Upload to hyperion. Carry out the long-term projections preparation for the plant. Deliver according to SBU requirements. Prepare the monthly financial results meeting (Plant & SBU LT). Explain budget vs. actual variations & year-end forecasting. Execute the internal control, internal & external audit, statutory reporting, continue improvement administrative processes and controls, etc. Adhoc analysis and projects as: savings track, design, implement and maintain dashboard to track KPIs, cost/benefits, make or buy, etc. Conduct financial analysis, support on cost benefit analysis (due to saving projects and commercial negotiations), impairment analysis, support to VPFBP in quotation process, financial analysis support for relevant negotiations (vs. quote). Provide financial KPIs (MOS, Competitiveness, SPX), PPC report, LTP and Analysis as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
Experience: 8 years of experience in the job offered, or in a finance management position within the
automotive frame manufacturing industry. Experience must include working knowledge of finance functions such as generating, monitoring and interpreting all financial and administrative reports. Must have hands-on experience supporting and advising leadership on how to enhance the financial performance of manufacturing facilities. Experience can be gained concurrently.
