This is a 6+ month contract and hybrid to downtown.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Organization Change, Organization Development, Communications, or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education and/or training) • 2+ years of relevant work experience in business readiness, leading change management, functional training, organizational design, communications or organizational development, project leadership and/or management consulting • Strong proficiency with MS Office tools is a necessity. Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Miro, Viva Engage) strongly preferred. Familiarity with multi-media, design, and publishing tools a plus. • Agile Proficiency preferred
Responsibilities: • (Primary focus) Create/develop related change deliverables (including, but not limited to champion networks, communications, branding/marketing, and training), ensuring clearly articulated messages that prepare and motivate partners for adopting the change, and resources that provide partners the knowledge and ability necessary to successfully adopt the implemented changes. • For change initiatives, assess stakeholder change impacts and provide leadership in development of strategy and plans for business readiness including process change, training, and communications. Plan should be comprised of activities that leverage multiple channels, ensure appropriate support from key sponsors, and seamlessly transition individuals through the change lifecycle. • Build metrics to monitor engagement and readiness for change.
