Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Study Coordinator to support our product development organization. This entry-level role involves handling operational and administrative tasks related to study execution, tracking, and vendor communications. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn, with a background in science and a keen interest in contributing to the development of industry-leading sun care products.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the release of studies to external vendors, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Track and manage study progress, maintaining meticulous records and documentation.
Support cross-functional teams, including quality, product development, and other stakeholders, by responding to requests and facilitating workflows.
Handle study-related data, paperwork, and administrative tasks under tight deadlines.
Interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
Assist with operational aspects of product studies, including tracking deliverables and ensuring compliance with established protocols.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, or related field).
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Reliable and responsive, capable of working under time pressure and meeting deadlines.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a related operational or administrative role is a plus but not required.
