Our client, a globally renowned law firm in Chicago, is seeking a Benefits Enrollment Specialist to join its Human Resources team. This role will support the HR department's initiative to digitize and organize personnel records, ensuring a seamless transition to electronic file management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. The hiring manager is targeting candidates with 3-5 years of benefits data management from a professional services firm.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage contract worker onboarding requests, including email communications, document revisions, and tracking.
Scan and file HR documents efficiently in the Firm's Document Management System, ensuring accurate organization and timely updates.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, assisting with various tasks to maintain smooth departmental operations.
Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
At least three years of experience with digital filing systems or related tasks.
Strong initiative, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to learn new processes quickly.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
