As a UX Designer in the operations domain, you will demonstrate your creativity, analytical, visualization, and prototyping skills, and knowledge of user-facing solutions to demonstrate the best product experiences, launch innovative features, and build internal tools that accelerate our operation.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with UX designers, UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to create products for internal users
Stay abreast of company strategy and understand deeply about internal users
Improve internal tools, design interaction and interface based on design principles
Build prototypes with appropriate fidelity, conduct user research and ensure building a correct solution
Communicate design decisions and deliver design guidance with high standard to engineers
Communicate the user experience at various stage of the design process with the users and cross-functional partners
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in UX design
Strong prototyping experience
Experience in shipping product features
Ability to understand technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design decisions
Portfolio demonstrating design process, decision making, prototypes and visual design
Experience working on multimodal interactive product
Experience working on internal or enterprise products
Experience in building and shipping products that are ambiguous in scope
Bonus:
