The Site Account Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics, will be responsible for coordinating and managing patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products. Acting as the primary point of contact for patient scheduling at the BMS cell therapy treatment center, the specialist will ensure smooth scheduling operations in alignment with manufacturing timelines.
This role focuses on day-to-day operations (over 95% of the time), with the opportunity to participate in projects and working groups for growth, contingent on performance and development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary scheduling contact for assigned treatment sites.
Create and manage patient schedules in collaboration with treatment and manufacturing sites.
Troubleshoot issues throughout the patient journey and develop action plans.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email to ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle exception processes, including product returns, replacements, and out-of-spec products.
Input and maintain patient scheduling data in the scheduling system.
Provide training to treatment sites on scheduling processes as required.
Document and address feedback from customers and partners.
Maintain master data in the account management system.
Actively participate in tactical meetings and provide support in shift turnovers.
Offer real-time scheduling portal assistance to external users.
Lead meetings with commercial matrix teams.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Track assigned account health and report on trends.
Adhere to applicable SOPs and work practices.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with the BMS commercial matrix team and treatment sites.
Take responsibility for individual performance and contribute to project and working group tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Background in customer service, call center operations, patient services, account management, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
