Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn managed by Northwest X Southern Hospitality in Wenatchee, WA. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, manage staff members, ensure guest satisfaction, handle financial matters, and collaborate with brand partners to uphold the company's standards of excellence.
Qualifications
Leadership, Management, and Communication skills
Experience in Hospitality or Hotel Management including Brand Experience
Financial Management and Budgeting skills
Customer Service and Guest Relations expertise
Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
